Having spent time at home doing free weights with little results, I decided look for alternative methods and booked in some personal training sessions with Pinnacle
Tom (head trainer) has been excellent to work with and I have seen some amazing changes to my overall health, fitness and body. From day one Tom explained exactly why we were doing each exercise, what the benefits of them were and what they were doing to my body.
Tom explained each move in a clear and concise manner offering practical demonstrations and advice when I couldn’t get the hang of a certain move, this came in very handy especially for the RDL’s!!!
Tom was also on hand to offer excellent dietary advice, making me keep a food diary, which we then sat down and examined to see where I could make improvements. Once again Tom demonstrated his excellent knowledge in explaining why I should cut back and increase certain foods. And the benefits these actions would have.
Tom has been a pleasure to work with, friendly chatty and always pushing me to gain better results but always fully aware of when I really had had too much. I was anxious about using a personal trainer but Tom quickly stopped any anxiety I had and made going to the gym a pleasure.
